We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened fragrances in their original cellophane packaging to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Please note that personalized items and discovery sets are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the product in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the fragrance is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned item to confirm it is unopened, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
